There are 41,670 veterans in the 28th congressional district of Texas and 23,067,000 veterans in America. I’d like to thank these brave men and women who have served and those currently serving for ensuring our freedom, one of the greatest blessings that we celebrate today. And to wish everyone in South Texas a safe Thanksgiving holiday.”
