RGCCISD Press Release Ringgold Elementary 1st through 3rd grade students participated in the Rio Grande City CISD Track and Field Day that was held on Thursday, March 10, 2011. All the students who participated in this event did is FANTASTIC. Thank you to all students in 1st through 3rd grade and coaches (Alex Gonzalez, Blanca Salmon and Gina Salinas) for your hard work and dedication.
