Roma Texas' Police Officers Roel Garcia, Jr. and Omar Garcia were placed under arrest by DEA (Drug Enforcement Admin.) Agents on Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2010 following indictments issued by a Federal grand jury in Houston. The nature of the charges have not yet been made public.
