RGCCISD Press Release Grulla Elementary students receive a free book from Reading is Fundamental (RIF), a nonprofit organization. RIF inspire students to be lifelong readers. The students will receive three free books throughout the year which they will enjoy reading. Ms. Gomez' kinder students enjoy reading at the library.
