South Texas College's Starr County Campus Student Services Building (Building G) located at 142 FM 3167 in Rio Grande City is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 3 and Tuesday, Jan. 4 to help students prepare for the spring 2011 semester. Students can register for classes, receive advising, take needed placement tests, or pay any fees, tuition or fines. Additionally, students can receive assistance with financial aid, including applying for installment plans and emergency loans. For more information call 956-872-8311.
