Local Cop Re-Arrests The Same Man He Had Just Rescued

Rio Grande City Police Officer Robert Treviño re-arrested Reymundo Gomez, the very man he had just rescued from the Rio Grand only weeks ago, after Gomez once again attempted to evade arrest. (Source Article 1, Article 2)
