Rio Grande City CISD Maintenance Department Personnel directed by Mr. Arcadio Salinas, Jr, built a Mobile Barbecue Trailer in the form of a Chuck Wagon. The trailer is equipped as a mobile kitchen and will be utilized in school functions such as faculty breakfasts. The trailer was designed as a modern replica of the Wild West Chuck Wagons used by cowboys. The design research was made by Mr. Gilberto E.
